Strategy

How can we unite a fragmented healthcare experience? Through two interactive workshops, we identified key challenges in the patient care journey. Using these insights, we outlined a Future State Digital and Vertical Ecosystem and rapidly prototyped a mobile solution to bring it to life.

Results

Our conceptual mobile app demonstrated how the Future State Digital Ecosystem could address real user challenges. Features like tracking patient health, alerting caregivers, and sharing critical information streamlined communication and empowered all parties involved in the patient’s healthcare journey.

Product Design & Prototype

Working closely with service designers, we rapidly prototyped a mobile app to activate the new Digital and Vertical Ecosystem. The designs focused on empowering proactive health management and improving information sharing between patients, caregivers, and doctors.
